I was born and raised in Redding where my wife and I continue to raise our three beautiful children. I obtained my BA in Psychology from Simpson University and continued my journey with Simpson, receiving my MA in Counseling Psychology in 2017. I enjoy working with a variety of issues related to children, teens and adults. I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist which has an emphasis of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and their correlation and impact on how we transition this journey of life. I am trained in TF-CBT, WRAP, Seeking Safety, DBT, and Trauma Informed Care. I enjoy connecting with my clients and supporting them along their journey of life. I look forward to meeting you.

Hello, I work with people struggling with trauma, and anxiety in their lives. I have experience with severe depression, post traumatic stress, addiction, anxiety, and dual diagnosis. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative therapy, and multiple other methods I help people achieve higher purpose and meet goals of their choosing. I work with children and adults ages 6 to 59+. Availability usually is not an issue because I work as late as 8 pm and have Saturday times open for the convenience and care of my clients. I take Beacon, Partnership and a sliding cash pay scale.
I am the Office Manager for Shasta Options. I received my BA in Psychology from Simpson University in 2018. I am currently attending Simpson University to obtain my MA in Counseling Psychology and hoping to continue my work with Shasta Options as a therapist. I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring outdoors in Nor Cal's beauty. I provide a friendly face to our office and welcome your questions regarding any of our therapists or programs.
